If you purchase by credit card, we use an address verification system in which the billing street number address and zip code must match the shipping street number address. If it does not we will call you and your credit card issuer to obtain verification of the transaction. All credit card transactions are processed through a terminal located in our offices. This terminal does not print out complete credit card information and credit card slips are destroyed after a short period of time. If you have a customer service or warranty matter with a Tenecor product we may request certain written information and pictures in order to process the matter. We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including:

•  To respond to legal process or comply with law.

USE OF WEB BEACONS AND/OR JAVA SCRIPTS

www.tenecor.com pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons or Java scripts that allow Tenecor to count users who have visited those pages. Tenecor may include Web beacons and/or Java scripts in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. Some of these Web beacons and/or JavaScript’s may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications.
